No. Nothing is fetched from the link you paste. Copy the title and price off the product page, paste them into the "paste copied title & price" box, or upload a photo yourself and fill in the fields by hand.

Open the Data menu. "Export All (JSON)" saves a full backup, and "Export All (CSV)" saves a copy you can open in Excel or Sheets. On the new device, use "Import Backup (JSON)" to bring the items back in. Importing the same file twice won't double anything.

Wherever you choose. The first time you save, the browser asks for a folder and file name. After that, "Save backup now" (or Ctrl/Cmd+S) overwrites that same file in one click, and also refreshes your CSV if you've saved one. Browsers only tell the page the file name, not the full folder path. Firefox, Safari and phone browsers can't do this, so there the backup downloads to your Downloads folder instead.

Deleting a single item shows an "Undo" toast for a few seconds. Clearing your list or all data always asks you to confirm first. Save a backup beforehand if you want to keep a copy.
